no — that's the whole point. my intake is detailed enough that i can build a thorough plan from it in writing. if you'd ever prefer live time, i keep a few full consultation spots open separately, but the clarity plan is fully written.

timeline depends on how many plans i currently have to work through, you will never have to wait longer than 1.5 weeks for your plan. typically i will have it to you within 5-7 business days.

i like to frame it this way: my role is to help you go deeper into the things that build health and longevity in between the vet visits that most vets don’t have the time to cover (nutrition, lifestyle, enrichment, supplementation, energetic balancing)
