Refund & Payment Policy

This Refund & Payment Policy governs all purchases made through Holistic Thriving Cats (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including digital products, programs, courses, services, consultations, and 1:1 services.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy in full.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Holistic Thriving Cats prior to purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads and guides

  • Online programs and courses

  • Educational materials

  • Consultations

  • 1:1 services

  • Coaching or wellness support

  • Energetic or intuitive services

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason.

2. Digital Products & Immediate Access

All digital products are delivered electronically and are considered used upon access or download.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • You receive immediate access to proprietary content

  • You waive any right to a refund once purchase is completed

  • Technical issues on your end (email delivery, spam filters, device problems) do not constitute grounds for a refund

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, you must contact us promptly for assistance.

3. Services, Consultations & Programs

All services, consultations, and programs are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Attendance

  • Participation level

  • Outcome

  • Early termination

  • Personal circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with results

Once a service or program is booked or access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

4. Payment Plans

If you elect to use a payment plan:

  • You agree to complete all payments in full

  • You authorize automatic recurring charges

  • Missed or failed payments may result in:

    • Paused access to services or materials

    • Termination of participation

    • Immediate acceleration of the remaining balance

Payment plans are a courtesy, not a cancellation option. Failure to complete payments does not release you from financial responsibility.

5. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Holistic Thriving Cats, you agree that you will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for any reason.

Any attempt to dispute a charge after agreeing to this policy constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Submission to a collections agency

  • Legal action to recover funds, damages, and associated costs.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions (Services Only)

For any session-based services:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited without rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are considered used and forfeited and will be charged the full session rate.

  • Sessions must be used within the stated program duration, if applicable

Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Declined Payments & Access Suspension

If a payment is declined or fails:

  • You are responsible for resolving the issue immediately

  • Access to services, portals, programs, or materials may be paused without notice

  • Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and collections

8. Exceptional Circumstances

No exceptions, extensions, or refunds are granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation

  • Personal emergencies

  • Medical or veterinary decisions

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Misunderstanding of the program or service

All purchases are considered intentional and informed business transactions.

9. Governing Law

This Refund & Payment Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
